In Vitro Diagnosics: current legal and regulatory issues

The Seminar will address current and future EU legal and regulatory developments relevant to in vitro diagnostics in view of the revisions of the IVD Directive and of the Data Protection Directive. In particular, it will addres the right regulatory pathways for products and IVD related (online) services.
